You are required to choose a global organisation from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry (can be the same one analysed in the presentation), or you can choose your own workplace if the organisation is in the same industry. You are required to conduct an audit of the firm's culture and practices with specific references to the way it manages and leads its global teams. The report should consider effective organisation design and development with appropriate recommendations and reference to key theories/concepts. Your organisational audit report should: Identify the challenges of cultural influences on management practices and develop strategies to address multi-cultural issues. Analyse the above identified challenges about their impact on practices and develop strategies to address multi-cultural issues.
