Height and depth of each step is same.Representative dimensions of one step are shown in the figure. If the dam is 6 m wide, calculate the vertical force on the dam wall. (8) e) Velocity of a wave (V) is a function of density of the fluid (p), acceleration due to gravity (g), depth (D) and wavelength (A). Use dimensional analysis to derive a functional relationship between V and all other variables. (8)
