1. Read the three readings assigned for Week 2: Redman, "4 Business Models for the Data Age", Nielsen and Lund, "Building Scalable Business Models", and Gassman, Franenberger, and Csik, "The St.

Gallen Business Model Navigator". 2. The St. Gallen Business Model Navigator paper proposes 55 different business models that the authors have identified over time. Open the "Business Model Assessment Worksheet your name" file and save the file with your name in the file name. Go through each of the 55 different business models and for each assess to what extent you believe data play a critical role by responding to the statement "Data play a critical role in executing this business model." On the 7-point Likert Scale, place a 1 in the appropriate cell to indicate your level of agreement with that statement. 3. Identify four business models where you believe data play a very important role. In a Word document entitled "Business Model Details your name" write one paragraph for each of these four business models explaining why you believe data play an important role and explain how data are used by the organization to execute that business model. 4. Create a five to ten minute PowerPoint presentation explaining your understanding of how data play an important role in these four business models. In PowerPoint, include a title slide to introduce yourself and the topic, then provide one or two slides for each of the four business models to explain how data are important for that business model and how data are used by the organization to execute that business model. 5. Create a video of you delivering your PowerPoint presentation. Share your video or upload it directly to Blackboard for review by the instructor by Monday January 15th, 2024 at 9:30 pm. I recommend you create a short video presentation using YuJa and then share it with me for my review (for help with YuJa, see https://kb.ndsu.edu/page.php?id=102545). 6. Submit your renamed "Business Model Assessment Worksheet your name" file and the Business Model Details your name Word file
