to connect art to history for my students. It would also allow me to connect to my students since humanities deals a lot with human behavior and interaction. It could also give me a better insight into different cultures, since schools tend to have very diverse populations of students. Knowing a lot about different cultures would allow me to respect and learn more about certain students and their cultures without disrespecting them.
