"A Very Short Story" can be confusing. Why? Well, there are many reasons, but the big one is that the narrator is telling the story through memory. Think about a time when you told a story from memory. Were all the details in perfect chronological order? Did you remember every detail? For this discussion board, let me and others know if you are confused. Tell us where the story lost you and what you think is going on. To respond to your classmates, see if you can help fix the confusion. If you understood something, see if you can explain it to your classmate. If you were totally confused by this and you can't do that, then sympathize with someone. You do that by giving them a good question to ask me if I was in the room. Your original post should be at least 150 words and your responses to two other people should be at least 75 words.
