The second question will be applicable if you believe you are not getting the proper amount of sleep to perform day-to-day at your peak. 1.) Dr. Foster listed multiple ways of creating a 'routine' at night that can make it easier to fall asleep. What ways do you ensure that you can easily fall to sleep? How did you come to create your routine? If you haven't been sleeping well, what suggestions are you willing to try to help you sleep better? What has prevented you from incorporating a 'sleep friendly' routine in the past? 2.) IF you believe you are sleep deprived, how do you believe you have been affected by lack of sleep? 3.) Discuss the cycle of caffeine stimulants and nighttime sleep aids (including alcohol) and the danger associated with that lifestyle.
