Assessment Overview The course is assessed by a Portfolio of Three Critical Summaries (500-600 words each). You can write a critical summary on a reading from any three different weeks of

the module from week 3 to week 11. You cannot write a critical summary on readings from weeks 1 or 2. Readings on which you can write a critical summary are the 'Core Readings' for each week. You are ONLY allowed to write critical summaries on Core Readings. If you write a summary on a reading that is not one of these you will receive a mark of zero for that summary. If you write more than one critical summary on readings from the same week you will receive a zero for all but one of these. If you are unclear, contact your lecturer, ask a question during the Online Q&A or ask about it during your seminar.
