This happens to be a portion of the water supply for the City of Pomona and City of Upland. a. Draw the watershed boundary tributary to the "red dot" for Evey Canyon. b. Estimate the watershed area in acres, knowing the distance between the red lines that for the "squares" is 5,280 ft, i.e., one "section." You remember from surveying that a section is 1 sq mi in area or 640 acres.
