business person. Careful reflection identifies what behaviours and actions moved you closer to your desired outcome and those which moved you further away or at least didn't get you any closer. You then know what aspects to develop and which ones to change. The goal is to learn from every experience you have in every day. Over the course of the weekly tutorials, you should have identified your "top things learnt" for each session and been reflecting on these in the Business Journal. Coursework 6 is a piece of reflective thinking based on the learning and experiences you have had during the module. In it you will choose the top 2 things you learned over the tutorials that you feel are most important for you, both for life skills and also for the workplace. The Reflection You will each individually pick TWO things (only 2 out of the whole list) that you consider the most important to you. You will write a reflective piece discussing: Why are these important to me? How will I use the learning / what will I change? What impact / success factors am I expecting? How could the skill be applied in the workplace? The written reflection is for you to show you understand what you have learnt and how to recognise what is most relevant to you, taking into account your own personal characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, and areas that you would like to develop so that you can decide what to do differently to perform better in the future. You should show a clear plan for how you will use the learning, including any changes you might want to make in how you behave and also demonstrate how you expect to measure the success of doing this. It is important to show that you understand the value of each skill in the work environment and how becoming better at it can help your career development. Submission You are to produce a written reflection of up to two pages December 2023. You should save your answer as a Word or pdf document and upload it to Moodle. Remember to save your document with the correct title - CW6 followed by your family name. Marking Each CW is marked out of 100. This one is worth 10% of the total marks available in the module.
