Include the following: Share what you observed the child do in the video and what he might be experiencing or learning. Use details, facts, and observation notes focusing only on the one child. Explain what it means. What goals do you see for the child to work on? Include what you observed that influenced the creation of your planned activity. Describe the activity and how it will help support that specific child's continued learning and development. Include the name of the activity, the goal for the activity, the materials needed, activity write-up(how and where the activity might be done), and how this activity will support your chosen child and the selected goal.
