Exercise Program Questionnaire Create a sample exercise program that you can do for 6 weeks straight. Follow the guidelines for your exercise program from chapter three in your text. You will have to log the exercise you do each week using the exercise log in Google Docs. Some exercise classes accomplish these criteria within each class (aerobics, etc).
