Figure 1 shows two masses. At t = 0, mass m₁ is at rest at the origin, accelerating with a constant acceleration a = 2.00 m s-² in the +x direction. Also at t = 0, mass m₂is located at (x, y) = (0.00 m, 1.00 m), and moving with speed 5.00 m s-¹ at angle of 0= 25° with the +x axis. Figure 1. a) Derive the velocity vector of m₂ at t = 1.00 s in the coordinate frame with origin O'that moves along with m₁, and whose axes remain parallel to the x axis and y axis shown in Figure 1. b) Draw the path of mass m² in the coordinate frame with origin O’that moves along with m₁, and whose axes remain parallel to the x axis and y axis shown in Figure 1, for 0 < t < 5.00 s. Indicate clearly the scale on both axes.
