American's decision on becoming teachers. 1. With the chart which was provided, I need help with matching them with codes and themes with the appropriate research question. 2. Answer the research questions based on the chart and responses from the participants with detailed explanations. Give examples from the responses and include the themes. 1) What are the personal, cultural, and societal factors that influence Asian Americans' decision to become teachers? 2) What are the most significant challenges and barriers, in the eyes of Asian educators in the state of New Jersey, to entering the teaching profession and remaining in the profession? 3) What proposals for policy change may assist the recruitment and retention of Asian educators? Educational Institutional difficulties: Perspectives on educational organisations difficulties encompass inadequate funding, educator alienation, and the repression of democratic governance, which leads to concessions or resignation from the teaching profession. 4. Diversity efforts: Worries regarding cosmetic improvements and the requirement for greater restructuring in educational settings that tackle structural challenges lead to scepticism concerning diversification efforts. 5. The Undervalued Aspect of Teaching: The undervalued quality of teaching stems from misunderstandings about its skill requirements, financial rewards, and institutional obstacles within the educational structure. Such codes and themes shed light on teachers' complicated motives, problems, and views. They are capable of influencing future conversations about educational policy, encouragement for educators, and the requirement for comprehensive reforms to cope with the challenges expressed by respondents.
