Answer the following questions: 1. Given Hofstede's dimensions, in what way do the national cultures of Loblaws (Canada) and your chosen firm significantly differ? How are they similar? 2. Imagine that you are acting as a consultant for the acquiring firm, what are two specific elements of culture that the acquiring firm should be mindful of as their managers takeover Loblaws leadership? What can they do to address these elements? 3. Find another business from the country you have selected that has recently (last 5 years) taken action to expand abroad. Where did they go? Did they experience any culture clash? Were those clashes related to the differing cultural dimensions? Explain. There are two options for submission: Option 1 In a 3-5 minute video summarize your findings. Option 2 Submit a 3 page written summary of your findings.
