In this activity, you are asked to keep track of your food consumption and reflect on it. As we learned from the textbook, risk factors of hypertension are controllable. However, we

will only be able to control those factors by realistically recognizing them. Fill out the table at least for three days and notice a pattern of certain type of food, time and days of the week. It might be interesting to observe your mood too. Example is attached in this link. Fill the table but with your own foods
