In this module, we've learned about the various ways that technology is being leveraged to improve patient care. Now, you're going to identify a patient problem that you think can be improved through the use of technology. Step 1: As an example, learn how smartphones are being used to treat diabetes by reading the linked ADA journal article. Step 2: Your submitted assignment must be in response to the questions asked. Support your answers with evidence from the literature. Please ensure your written assignment: • Meets the word count of 500-750 words (2-3 pages double-spaced). • Addresses and answers each question pertaining to the assignment. Correctly uses paragraphs with an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. • Is free of grammatical errors, and adheres to proper APA formatting for citations, paraphrasing, and the reference list. . Step 3: Select a patient problem (other than Diabetes) that can be improved by a mobile application or technology.
