The paper should include the following elements: Clear description of the case (problem or issue and its context) Critical analysis of the law involved Political, ethical and social implications Strategies for finding solutions to the problem beyond the law Discussion of solution options and suggestion of preferred action (from the identified alternatives) Implementation Plan with cogent rationale taking into account legal, political and ethical considerations (the external environment of the company) Like the final paper - the presentation provides students an opportunity to work in a group. This time they get to practice and present their ideas both in writing and as a board-room style presentation to get feedback from fellow students. Reviewing each other's presentations, students continue to have the opportunity to show critical thinking skills and the ability to find solutions to problems in the external environment of business. Presentation Requirements (60 Points) The presentation asks you to translate your final paper into a board-room style presentation in which you are presenting the problem or issue that you have identified to a group of stakeholders.
