INSTRUCTIONS This is a qualitative and narrative inquiry study on Asian American's decision on becoming teachers. The interview questions as well as the participants' responses are attached under Questionnaire. I have also attached the description of the participants with the number of years teaching to help. I need help in writing inferences on the teachers with more than 10-15 years of experience with how they feel about the teaching profession compared with teachers with less than 10 years of experience. What similarities and differences do they have? Were there any changes with the hiring of Asian teachers with the experienced teachers than the inexperienced teachers? Give example quotes from their actual responses from the questionnaire. Need to do in 1200 words APA style
