Question

Modified Dialectic assignment. My topic is immigration : sides = Border wall (stop immigration) VS open border Part One Using a simplified model of Hegel's method for working through problems, take

the following thesis statement, establish the topic and both sides of the topic, and explain the clear positions for each side. Thesis; America is in its second civil war between Border wall and open border over the topic of Immigration. Use research to find side's position on the topic and then explain those positions in your own words. Take note: the research is used to find exactly the position of each side. The research is not to explain after effects to people or thesis reaction to the topic. In negotiations the arbitrator is trying to first clearly understand both side position. Part two: the Synthesis. Take both side of this argument and through one's own thought process, the find where the two sides may share common ground. This should be done in a paragraph of at least three sentences but no more than eight to ten. Part Three; write a new thesis from the synthesis to give a new direction for the original. Part four; works cited provide a works cited page at the end listing your sources in the A.P.A format. Possible research sources for learning the position of each side; like .org, .edu or.com. Use only two sources, one for each side. Each side we need a one sources; it means we need total two source.
