C. by Kathy Dahnweih - Monday, May 6, 2024, 1:24 PM I 16 Hello Class Upon completing the CVI assessment, I was classified as a merchant innovator. Throughout the assessment, I found myself selecting a lot of words that were upbeat, motivating, and diligent. According to the CVI, Merchant Innovator, love, and emotional ties are what motivate a merchant. They are charming, sympathetic, and intuitive. They cherish relationships and frequently have a strong ability to uplift and encourage others. Typically, these are the big-picture thinkers who are passionate about what they observe. I think those qualities best capture who I am in terms of my commitment to my career. I constantly try to be the best version of myself and look for new and unique ways to express myself. According to my findings, love is a merchant's fundamental value. I think my abilities and who I am are defined by love. I constantly push myself to be better, have big dreams about what I can be, and am highly motivated. The findings indicate that "love in this sense is nurturing the core values in oneself and others to work toward an inspired vision of what can be." This finding also suggests that I am great at forming bonds with people as well as inspiring them. I find this to be true because I make a constant effort to build relationships with people around me. Also, I try to make an impression at work by doing my best. I prefer to stay on top of things and give my all at work. I'm constantly searching for methods to make things at work better or for areas that could use improvement. I engage in conversations with my coworkers to encourage them to be more imaginative and detail-oriented. "Respect for All People's Rights and Dignity" and "Integrity" are two that speak to me as I go through the AACC Code of Ethics Core Principles and the APA Code of Ethics Guiding Principles. This reflects the essence of my values. I've always thought that every person has intrinsic worth, regardless of their upbringing, values, or decisions. Alternatively, "integrity" is the moral compass. Upholding integrity is essential in a field that prioritizes well-being and mental health. My own values of accountability, honesty, and transparency are in line with this idea. In my opinion, a person's or organization's core values are their underlying beliefs. They serve as guiding principles that determine conduct and help others distinguish between good and evil. Search 16 + 8:21 AM 5/8/2024 PRE
