created a website that displays women-designed games to showcase the volume of women that exist in the gaming community, for other young gamers. * The Problem The discrimination towards women in the gaming industry has not come to an end. On a daily basis, social harassment is still experienced by women who join gaming servers. Injustices that exist in the gaming world, both systemic and personal, still need to be addressed. Our Purpose Our purpose is to create an environment where the gaming community is more inclusive. We want to showcase female-designed games that help the gaming community as a whole recognize the importance of women in the industry. This display will also help uplift the women who game. The Audience Young gamers, especially females, from around the world will make up our audience. These will be users who have access to the internet. Since it targets the gaming community, specifically women designed games, we view female players as an important part of our audience.
