Need to answer why student Agree with thi statement:-(120 words) One personal experience I've heard about therapy involves a friend who struggled with anxiety for years. She sought therapy after her panic attacks started affecting her daily life and relationships. Through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), she learned to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that fueled her anxiety. Over time, she developed coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques that helped her manage her symptoms effectively. The therapy not only provided her with practical tools but also gave her a safe space to explore the underlying causes of her anxiety. As a result, she gained a deeper understanding of herself and her triggers, leading to significant improvements in her overall well-being and quality of life. This therapy aligns with the cognitive-behavioral approach, which focuses on changing maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors to improve mental health. By applying CBT techniques, my friend was able to actively participate in her own recovery process and develop long-lasting strategies for managing her anxiety. The 'Apply' cognitive process is evident as she implemented the skills learned in therapy to real-life situations, gradually reshaping her thoughts and behaviors for better mental health outcomes.
