in the script that a behavioral health provider would use to assess the patient's well-being, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Emphasis should be on demonstrating rapport-building and sensitivity. Attached is an example of a script for a patient with anxiety. Do not use any of the same questions for your script. While APA style is not required for Part 1 of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
