Critically evaluate the use of such tests as to their potential advantages versus their disadvantages. Use workplace examples and make sure to refer to the appropriate psychological literature. Question 3: Relationships in the Workplace Critically discuss how the study of dysfunctional behaviour and relationships in the workplace is advantageous for managers, HR professionals and/or business psychologists. Referring to the psychological literature give examples how working lives and relationships in the workplace can be improved utilising this body of knowledge.
