magnitude Fo is applied at point B with the sense shown, where there is a step in the diameter. The

total length of the bar is 1 m. The diameters for each segment of the bar are: dan-30 mm and dac

-50 mm. If the normal stress in segment BC is -20 MPa and in segment AB is 60 MPa, find the

force Fo and the lengths LAB and Lac
