Problem 3: Create a process to aid in the monitoring the output of power plants in a county in megawatts for 6 weeks. Your process should ask the user to enter the county name and the number of power plants in that county. Then for each of the plants, enter the location of the power plant and the output for each of the 6 weeks for that plant. Your process should calculate the average output for each plant for the 6 weeks and the overall average output of all the plants for the 6 weeks.
