Problem 3. The human lungs can withstand an inside/outside pressure difference of about 0.06 atm.A tourist is snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez. How far below the water surface can

he get before he is risking his lungs collapsing? Note that when snorkeling, the pressure inside your lungs is basically the air pressure above the water and the pressure outside your lungs is basically the water pressure at that depth. The answer tells you why snorkels are quite short!
