Problem 4. You have a "u-tube" with equal cross-sectional areas in each column. The top of the left column has oil with density Poil- The other liquid is water with

density P water- The left column is open to the atmosphere. The air pressure at the top of the closed-in right column (Pin) is unknown. You experimentally determine D and H. Use that information to determine the unknown air pressure in terms of whatever variables are needed and determine the situation/conditions for which that unknown pressure is larger than atmospheric pressure.
