In that document, answer the following questions: 1. What is your topic? a) the community you're writing about b) the problem or issue you plan to research and write about. c) the solution(s) you plan to research and write about. 2. Who is your audience for your essay? Your audience should be a person or group of people you think can help solve the problem. 3. Why should the audience you've chosen care about this issue? Think about the information your audience has and what they don't know. Each entry should contain the following: • The source citation in APA style A 1-3 sentence summary of the main claims of the source • A 1-3 sentence evaluation of the source (based on the CRAAP criteria) • A 1-3 sentence reflection on how the source is useful for your essay. It claims that restaurants over-serving portions at large, expensive buffets is a major cause of food waste. Although this article is slightly older, having been published in 2013, the authors of this article are experts in the field, it is peer-reviewed, and it is relevant because it is specifically focuses on the MENA region. This is a useful source because it contains statistics that show the UAE wastes more kilograms of food per person than any other country, which supports my claim that food waste is an issue that must be addressed in my country. Put your sources in alphabetical order by last name, as you would in a reference list or works cited.
