Based on the stem and leaf plot, provide a suitable measure of centrality and spread. Include an explanation for your choice. Establish a frequency distribution having 8 classes of equal width. Represent the data on a Cumulative Frequency Table. Construct an Ogive (cumulative frequency curve) to represent the data. Use the ogive to estimate the median and interquartile range for the distribution. Interpret these values. Does the data contain any outliers? Explain your answer.
