Question 3 Nigel is a 35-year-old man who is the manager of his local leisure centre. Nigel is in the process of selling his house and moving into a new house

with his wife and two-year-old daughter. Nigel also has another child on the way, with his wife due to give birth in 6 weeks. Nigel has recently been to the GP as was having trouble sleeping and had been experiencing headaches and shortness of breath. The GP checked him over and advised him he had high blood pressure. The GP asked Nigel if he'd felt stressed recently, to which Nigel advised he had. Nigel discussed feeling overwhelmed and advised he'd been eating 'rubbish' food and wasn't getting out much.
