Question Consider a catheter of radius aR placed in a cylindrical vessel of radius R, concentric with it. We will consider blood as a Newtonian fluid in laminar and permanent flow.

We will assume that the presence of the catheter does not induce a change in the pressure gradient. What effects does the catheter have on the flow rate compared to the case when the catheter is missing? Need to provide clear handwritten solution for it
