Reducing Stress with Stress Management A

Read the article by California Casualty entitled, "8 Ways for First Responders to Reduce Stress, " then write two paragraphs discussing:

• How stress affects staff on the job as a first responder. Include what the physical and psychological effects are of stress (how stresses can manifest) and a best practices to

combat stress (Include those you may have personally used that you have found helpful).
