poster to reflect a new promotional objective of stimulating trial (instead of achieving brand awareness in report 1). This poster will still be placed in the Avenues mall but in a different location than the first poster. Design a poster that you think would stimulate product trial keeping the following aspects in your mind while designing: What is being advertised: Choose a product, service, or an idea/info that you think the company needs to build more awareness for Specify your target audience: Determine your target audience through he segmentation strategies learned Choose your message appeal: Choose a message appeal that will achieve your product trial stimulation objective and also appeal to the target audience Use a Source: To make your advertisement effective, choose a celebrity to include in your advertisement poster. Make sure that using this celebrity serves your promotional objective and is attractive to your target audience. Tip: use the source attractiveness criteria Develop the poster's main idea / theme: What is the main idea or theme of the advertisement that could be interesting to your target audience this time when you have changed your promotional objective? How could this idea compliment the idea you used in report 1 poster? Build a creative / exciting story about the product that achieves your objective and which people can connect to the previously used idea or theme in the first poster. Where would you place it in the Avenues mall? (change the location this time based on the change of the promotional objective) 1. Specify the location based on your promotional objective and the target audience. Ask yourself which phase of the Avenues mall would my target audience be present and spent most of their time in? Are they at this location in the right mental and emotional state to view my product trial advertisement and be influenced by it? Why? 2. Take a number of photos of the phase, the exact location of where your poster will be, and the surrounding walk-path and shops. Tips on choosing where to place your poster: Lookout for surrounding shops in any particular phase and evaluate if your target audience spends time there and how they behave while they are in that area? Are they ready to try products and make buying decisions while present in that location? ● 6 V. Note: Sites like canva.com or any other tool may be used.
