Sales and Accounts Receivable: Question 2 (In-class Assignment) Using the data provided, answer the following questions: a) Which customers had payments more that 30 days late in 2021 and 2022? b) Are there any customers you might recommend that management consider unreliable? What remedial action, if any, might you recommend for any customers you consider problematic? Hints: To answer this problem you will need to combine information from two sources, one that shows when the customer ID number, and one that shows the customer name. Then you will need to calculate a variable that shows the number of days late (or early). Once data is prepared, this problem is quite efficiently answered using a pivot table.
