a) Provide the loading diagram for a unit width of both the windward and leeward walls,showing all relevant loading and geometry. b) Based on the tributary approach for diaphragm loads, determine the design wind load a teach diaphragm level, in plf (lb/ft). c) Assuming the exterior walls are the only components of the vertical lateral force resisting system, calculate the total base shear in the exterior walls. You may neglect the wind load tributary to the foundation. (Hint: consider each diaphragm as a simply supported beam,with the exterior walls acting as the support reactions)
