THE INFORMATION BELOW TO HELP YOU TO WRITE THE THESIS INTRODUCTION OHUD HOSTAL IS SMALL GENERAL HOSPITAL HAD 280 BEDS LOCATED IN MADINAH SAUDI AREBIA THERE ARE SEVERAL DEPARTEMENT LIKE ENT, OTHALMOLOGY MEDICAL,OBSTETRIC &GYNECOLOGY AND SURGERY DEPARTMENT THERE ARE 6 OPERATION ROOMS ,ONE FOR ELECTIVE SURGERY ,ELECTIVE ENT ELECTIVE OPTHALMOLOGY ELECTIVE OBSTETRIC AND GYNECOLOGY AND ONE FOR EMERGENCY OBERATION THERE ARE 480 PATEINTS LIST WAITING FOR OR FOR ENT AND EVERY WEEK ADDED ABOUT 50 NEW PT TO THE LIST INSPIT OF 30 PATEINTS DONE WEEKLY IN THE MORNING TIME WHICH STARTED FROM 8AM TO 4PM SO THEY IMPLEMENT PROGECT TO DECREASE THE WAITING LIST FOR ENT BY ANNOUCEMENT FOR OVERTIME WORK FOR 4HOUR FROM 4PM TO 8PM TO DO 4CASES PER DAY AS MUCH AS THE CAN FIRST THEY HAVE TO REACH FOR THE EXACT NO. OF WAITING PATIENTS BY IMPLEMENTING Rapid Access Team To make list for the patient still want to do the operation as some of patients went to another hospital and did operation, some imrove and refuse to do the operation,so after they filter the list,total patients still waiting 430.
