This presentation is worth 30% of the total marks for the module. You are required to produce a PowerPoint presentation which you need to select a global organisation from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry (You can choose your own workplace if the organisation is in the same industry) and critically evaluate how culture and traditions have impacted and influenced the dynamics they interact with teammates, vendors and partners internationally, and how they can apply theories and concepts to enhance the way they manage such relationship. You will be required to submit a pre-recorded digital presentation individually (10-15 minutes presentation). Your presentation should: ⚫Briefly identify the major cultural issues/challenges in the selected organization. (15 marks) • Identify impacts and contributions of national cultural differences on leading teams across international borders. (20 marks) • Identify impacts of the evolving digital landscape and technology on the management and leadership of global teams and organisations. (30 marks) • Explain how the selected organisation supports their global leaders to shape workforce for controlling the above-identified impacts. Relevant notes should be submitted with the slides. (35 marks)/nYour assignment should include: a title page containing your student number, the module name, the submission deadline and the exact word count of your submitted document; the appendices if relevant; and a reference list in Harvard AU system. Work within a team, demonstrating interpersonal skills such as effective listening, negotiating, persuading and presentation. Being flexible and adaptable to changes within the professional environment. Critically evaluating and selecting the best management tools or leadership style to accomplish individual and collaborative tasks.
