Control systems to support the on-time completion of the team's assigned tasks. For your assignment: • • • Create a plan addressing these three areas to remedy the team's challenges. In your plan include how each of the four primary functions of managers will contribute to remedying the team's challenges. After creating the plan, design your process for introducing this plan to your team. Consider how you will address possible team member resistance using your knowledge of change management processes to build relationships within the team and support these changes and the team's success.
