7. Recipe (10 marks)
a. Find a recipe that contains only items that would be available at a food bank and
meets Canada's Food Guide. Include the recipe not just the link. See attached
food bank list of items.
b. Explain how your recipe follows Canada's food guide (have half vegetables and
fruit, quarter protein, and a quarter grain you can add a side dish if necessary).
