3. Add a new Excel worksheet tab and name it "Population". Put last_name, first_name in A1. Select A2 and paste the copied data using Paste Special. The data from the page is in HTML format, which is the default format used by Paste Special. The data should extend down to row 27. After the paste is complete, the Paste Options menu button is displayed at the lower right of the pasted data. Click this menu and select Match Destination Formatting to remove the internal HTML markup from the pasted data.
