and a friction factor (f) of 0.018. Branch 2 has a length of 400 m, diameter of 3 m, and a friction factor of 0.02. Use Darch-Weisbach equation. (1) Determine the length of an equivalent pipe to replace Branches 1 and 2 assuming the pipe diameter is 3 m and f=0.02. (2) Also, determine the flow rate in Branch 1.
