3.A small boat with sail may be tipped at its rope as shown in the figure. One rope runs under the keel and is tightly attached to the dock. The

other rope runs over the mast and used to tip the boat. The displacement of the boat(equals the total mass) is 5000kg and mass center locates at G. Point M metacenter is where the centre line of the boat and vertical resulting buoyant forces cross each other. The distance between point G and M is 0.8m. Calculate the required tension T to hold boat as the figure shown below.
