The density of the Base Course is 2.1 tons per cubic yard (2.1 T/CY). The density of the HMA is 2.0 tons per cubic yard (2.0 T/CY). The density of the Prime Coat is 8.1 pounds per gallon (8.1 lbs/GAL).
