A machine produces components to a set length with a standard deviation of 1.40mm. At a certain setting, the mean length of the components produced is 102.30mm. Assuming that the

lengths are normally distributed, calculate: i)The percentage of components rejected as less than 100mm long ii)The mean length setting required for 1% of components to be rejected as less than 100mm long iii)whether at the new mean length setting from part (ii) more than 1%of the components would exceed 107mm in length.
