Electronic communication Electronic communication is acceptable when the consent of the client has been received by the adviser that the client has received required documents through electronic delivery processed by adviser. The information can be transmitted through pdf file, email or through file such as Microsoft word etc. The communication can be revoked by the client at any time by email. In case management system, chances of conflict are very high and also many times the litigations are not being resolved. The procedural matters communicated through case management system is very long due to only one justice assigned to client file. The ethical concerns that are raised with electronic communication are: 1) misuse of confidential documents that are shared through email or other Eletronic mediums, 2) cyber security issues, 3) privacy issues, 4) misinformation provided through electronic communication (Lovari, & Bowen, 2020) The privacy concerns that can be raised are: 1) personal information are misused when it is shared by email or through other electronic communication device, 2) audio communication through telephones or mobiles can also be misused, 3) the photos and personal information, 4) privacy of feelings, actions and behavior are also privacy concerns The paralegals use encrypted information between them and client and all the data shared through emails or other electronic devices are encrypted.
