governments as outlined in their respective constitutions. You MUST use both constitutions and properly cite from them in your essay; a minimum of four citations using APA 7th edition format is required. Essays should address the following content: • For each of the constitutions (US and Nevada) compare and contrast the separation of powers between the three branches. • Compare and contrast how officials in each branch are selected to their positions (are they elected or appointed) and how long they may serve in these positions. • What do you think the strengths and weaknesses are of both constitutions? Briefly justify your answers.
