Instructions Need this work in 7-10 slides student is the contender but you can use your creative imagination The degree capstone is designed to be a series of deeply reflective writing exercises that will culminate in a final project in a format that you choose. Each week you will reflect on and write about one of the functions of a curriculum leader (during Week #6, you will reflect on two functions). The functions are located in each Module Overview. Each of the reflections will be assessed at the end of the course. The final project has 80 points possible; 10 points for each reflection. You may present your capstone in a format that utilizes technology, such as Prezi, PowerPoint, video, blog, Canva Infographic, etc. The individual reflections will not be graded weekly, but will be assessed at the end of this course according to the capstone rubric. The functions for each week are as follows: Week One, Module One: Becoming a leader of curriculum, instruction, and assessment Week Two, Module Two: Becoming a leader of processes Week Three, Module Three: Becoming a leader of professional development Week Four, Module Four: Becoming a leader of relationship building Week Five, Module Five: Becoming a leader of performance Week Six, Module Six (two functions): Becoming a leader of operations; becoming a leader of change Week Seven, Module Seven: Becoming a leader of data analysis The degree capstone will be assessed according to the rubric at the link below.
