and develop a plan for implementing and managing the quality improvement initiative. You should use Lewin's Change Theory to support your ideas. Detailed steps: Introduction (1 minute) • Introduce the quality improvement project and your goals for this presentation. Description of the project (2-3 minutes) • Provide an overview of the quality improvement project. • Explain why you chose this project *Use research to justify its importance to healthcare/nurses or your ward. Project Plan and Lewin's Change Theory (5 minutes) • Discuss the role of the nurse in the change project by discussing the following: The "unfreeze" phase: How do you plan to raise awareness of the issue, with reference to leadership strategies. The "change" phase. Describe some specific changes you will make and leadership strategies that will help to facilitate this process. The "refreeze" stage. Explain how you will help your colleagues sustain and institutionalize the changes, with reference to leadership strategies.
