Metaphor Assignment Chapter 3 discusses United States cultural groups in terms of metaphors. These provide both imagery and descriptions of the cultures mixing together. For this assignment you should create your own metaphor of the United States cultural groups. The metaphor should: - Use imagery. The imagery will be present in the title as well as how you use it to describe the cultures coming together. See Chapter 3 for examples. Do not use metaphors already found in the chapter. Describe the mixing of cultures and why you think this metaphor is appropriate. Support your thoughts by using and citing at least three pieces of information from Chapters 2 and 3. Make sure to include the page numbers for each quote/cite. Find one article from the library's database that you feel also helps to support your metaphor. You will cite the article within your paper and include a reference on the reference page. Additionally, you will attach the article with your assignment.
